Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180u00b0C (350u00b0F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and milk until combined, then add it to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Spread the Biscoff spread evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture over the Biscoff spread.
  7. Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log and cut it into 8 equal pieces.
  8. Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
  10. Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.

Tips

  • For an extra indulgent treat, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the filling.
  • Make sure not to overbake the rolls; they should be soft and fluffy in the center.
